Octopus has, eh, a meaty flavor, but kind of subtle. It was chopped up and marinated in vinegar and oil with some big white beans and olives. In all reality, it was Italian, but my friend brought it back from Germany. Not on lettuce.

I've always liked the flavor and texture of octopus, but have always felt bad about eating them.

I wouldn't eat a dolphin... I kind of feel bad about eating a cute little octopus. But it was good!

Oh, I always love smoked squid on a stick like you get at matsuri in Japan. So good! I don't think this octopus was smoked. Not sure; can't read German very well.

xD Yeah, they tastes good. Is just I have never thought about them as ...Inteligent... I know they are smart, but to me is like... "Eeew, they look gross... lets eat 'em" LOL!
